To ensure a seamless experience, please follow the steps below to collect your items at your chosen collection point.

 Selecting Your Collection Point

• During checkout, select  the Collection Point option from the provided shipping options.
• Each collection point has a collection fee of $25, which will be displayed at checkout.

Payment Options

• You can pay for your order in advance by bank transfer, debit/ credit card, or at the collection point using cash. 
• Cash Payments: We accept cash at all collection points and the U Collect location, so you can pay upon pickup if you prefer.

 Confirmation Process

Once your order is ready for pickup:

You will receive a confirmation message via email or WhatsApp.

This message will provide:

• Your selected collection point.
• The collection date and time.
• Any additional instructions.

Please respond promptly to confirm your availability or request changes, if necessary.

 At the Collection Point

1. Arrive at the location during the specified collection window.
2. Bring a copy of your order confirmation email (digital or printed) for verification.
3. Cash payment (if you haven’t paid online).
4. For any issues, contact us at (868) 767-9979 or reply to the email/WhatsApp message.

Important Notes

• Please collect your order within 5 days of the confirmed collection date. Orders not collected within this time may be subject to cancellation. 
• Ensure all details are correct when confirming your collection point, as changes may delay your pickup.
