The majority of returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a HerSTYLS Coupon. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
Online purchases are valid for store credit or a refund within fourteen (14) days from the date the item(s) are shipped.
All items returned must be in the condition you received them, including the original packaging, tags, stickers, and labels still attached. All returns must include an order packing slip or return invoice.
All items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and not soiled. The following items are considered “Final Sale” and cannot be exchanged in-store:
- Swim & Lingerie
- Sale Items
If you received items ordered online that were received damaged, defective, or incorrect, you will need to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org in order to receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Can I Exchange Items?
We do not offer exchanges but we welcome you to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our Return Policy and repurchasing any available item(s) on our site.
Returns by Mail
Customers wishing to make a return on an item(s) can contact the store via email at email@example.com and state the reason for the return and we will arrange for a location to be dropped off.
All returns must include a printed invoice that clearly indicates which items are being returned.
Ensure that your items are packaged securely and your printed invoice is included.
Please note that HerSTYLS is not responsible for return shipping/delivery costs. Any delivery charge paid by you is non-refundable.
HerSTYLS will issue a refund to the original form of payment used on an order in the event that your order:
- Is canceled by HerSTYLS
- One or more of your item(s) sold out since your order was processed
- Item(s) proved to be received damaged, defective, or incorrect
HerSTYLS takes 2-5 business days to clear your refund. Depending on your financial institution, the refund amount may take up to 10 business days to post to your account.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
