HOW-IT-WORKS

With U Collect you can collect your item(s) at our easily accessible Pierre Road, Felicity, Chaguanas location.

Once an order is made we will contact you via Email to confirm, then via Whatsapp or Phone Call (your choice) to set up an appointment time convenient to you, along with our location.

Collection is by appointment ONLY and we’re available Mon-Fri from 10 AM-5:30 PM and on Saturdays 10 AM – 1 PM
We require at least 3 hours in advance notice for your pickup appointment.

PAYMENTS

Cash on Collect
Yes, you can pay with cash upon collection. A receipt will be provided.

Debit or Credit Card
Sorry, no Linx or Credit Card payments are available on collection.

Bank Transfer
You can do a Direct Debit (Bank Transfer) before collection, see how to here.

PayPal
