ORDER ISSUES

How do I place an order?

 It’s quite easy and only takes a few minutes. Please see our “How to Order on HerSTYLS” guide here

Can I change or modify my order?

Modifying shipping address:

  1. For those not yet sent for delivery orders, you can click edit your shipping address via “My Orders“.
  2. For already sent delivery orders, the shipping address CANNOT be changed.


Changing sizes:

  1. For unpaid orders, you need to cancel the order in “My Orders” and place a new one with the correct size.
  2. For paid but not yet sent-for-delivery orders, you may contact our customer service for changing sizes or cancel your order and re-order it in the correct size.
  3. Orders sent for delivery, the size cannot be edited. We recommend that you apply for a return after you receive the order.
  4. Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order if it has not been sent for delivery. However, you will not be able to cancel your order if it has already been sent for delivery.

How do I check my order status?

You will receive an email notifying you when your order has been sent for delivery. You can also check in your Account Dashboard in the “Orders” section for the status of your orders as well.

Why was my order cancelled or refunded?

We will send you an email notification about order cancellation, it may because:

  1. Your order was cancelled automatically within 12 hours due to payment timeout.
  2. We may cancel your order if we receive incorrect payment details or billing and shipping details.
  3. When items in your order are not available, we may cancel your order if we didn’t receive your replacement request.

You may repurchase or choose something else for checkout. 

Why did I not get an order confirmation email?

A confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours after payment is completed.

We recommend checking your Junk/Spam mail folder as well.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Where do you deliver to?

Currently, we only deliver nationwide in Trinidad & Tobago.

Do you offer Collection/Pickup?

Yes, we do! You can collect your item(s) at our Felicity, Chaguanas, and Aranguez, San Juan locations. More info will be provided with your order. No additional charge.

Do you offer Free Delivery?

Currently, we DON’T offer FREE Delivery. You can, however, pick up your item(s) at our Felicity, Chaguanas, and Aranguez, San Juan locations as an option.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Currently, we offer Cash on Collect at our Felicity, Chaguanas, and Aranguez, San Juan locations, and also at our Collection Points. But unfortunately NOT Cash on Delivery at this time.

How long will my order take to arrive?

It takes 1-2 days to process an order before it can be sent for delivery. Processing time is separate from the delivery time of an order. 

Delivery within Trinidad usually takes 3-5 business days and Tobago can take 4-8 business days. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

Can I track my order?

Please contact the live chat support or email [email protected] for an update on your order.

Can I change my shipping address?

You can change your shipping address only if your item has not already been sent for delivery.

COLLECTION POINTS

How can I collect my order at a collection point?

  1. During checkout, choose the “Collection Point” option from the shipping methods.
  2. Select your preferred collection point location. There’s a $25 fee for using collection points.
  3. Choose your payment method (online or cash on collection).

How will I know when my order is ready for collection?

We’ll send you a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with the following details:

  • Your chosen collection point
  • Collection date and time
  • Any additional instructions

Please respond promptly to confirm your availability or request any changes.

What do I need to bring when collecting my order?

  • A copy of your order confirmation email (physical or digital)
  • Cash payment (if you didn’t pay online)

What happens if I don’t collect my order within the timeframe?

Orders not collected within 5 days of the confirmed date may be cancelled.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I return an item?

Items are valid for store credit or refund within fourteen (14) days from the date the item(s) was sent for delivery. See our Return Policy here.

How do I return an item(s)?

First, notify us via email at [email protected] stating the reason why you would like to return the product together with your order details. You will be notified via email once your return request is accepted. 

Can I exchange an item(s)?

We do not offer exchanges but we welcome you to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our Return Policy by repurchasing any available item(s) on our site.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

What payment methods does HerSTYLS offer?  

HerSTYLS currently accepts payment via:

  • Cash on Collect
  • Direct bank transfer to our Republic Bank Account
  • Credit card via 2checkout
  • Paypal.

 

What currency am I charged in?

When paying via PayPal or credit card you will be charged in United States Dollars (USD). Direct Bank Transfers will be charged in Trinidad and Tobago Dollars (TTD).

USD prices are based on the exchange rate of $6.70 TT to $1 US. Please be advised that the exchange rate can be changed at any time.

Customers can use the currency switcher at the top left-hand corner of the page to view their preferred currency prices.

Pay with PayPal

If you choose to pay via PayPal you will be redirected to the PayPal page, where you can log in with your username and password.

If you do not have a PayPal account you can still pay via PayPal by clicking on the “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” option on the PayPal payment page. You will be redirected to a secure page where you can enter your email address and your card information to complete your payment via PayPal.

Pay with Direct Debit

If you choose to pay with an online bank transfer our bank account information will be provided when your order has been confirmed and via an order confirmation email.

Your online bank transfer reference number must be sent via email to [email protected] within two (2) days for your order to be processed or your order will be cancelled.  

Pay with Credit Card

If you choose to pay with a credit card via 2checkout you can enter your card number, expiration date and security code. Please ensure that your billing address is correct if different from your shipping address.

How do I choose my size?

You can find the most suitable size for yourself according to the international ‘Size Guide‘ which gives a guideline on taking measurements. Also, more information on the product can be found in ‘Description, and ‘Additional Information’.

Where can I find product details?

For product details, you may view the ‘Description’ or ‘Additional Information’ sections on the product pages. These pages contain clear, detailed info about the item you are interested in. 

How can I add an item to my Wishlist?

How do I leave a Review?

Navigate to the product page you’d like to review. In the Description area below the Pricing & Cart info, there is a “Reviews” tab.

Click it and you can rate and Submit your review on that product.

Do I need an account to add items to a Wishlist?

You don’t. However, if you’ve added an item(s) to a wishlist without an account when viewing on another device or browser, those items would not be there.

Having an account helps keep the items in your wishlist regardless of the device or browser you’re using.

Do I need an account to compare items?

You don’t. However, if you’ve added an item(s) to compare without an account when viewing on another device or browser, those items would not be there.
